This contractor started out great. They have me a quote to install a new hot water heater and repair leaks caused by inadequate winterizing in an empty cottage. The repairs turned out to be more extensive than originally quoted so they gave me an additional quote. (I paid for the original work.) Even though they gave me a quote, they stopped responding to my emails, texts, calls, etc. and left me with incomplete work.
