I requested (3) different quotes from other companies..Juan answered immediately and was at my house the very next day. GMC Construction was also the least expensive for the amount of work they provided. Juan and his crew were prompt and efficient.. any questions I had were addressed by Juan or his crew promptly! GMC Construction repaired the mortar on a chimney and replaced 5 roofs that were part of a condo association. They were very professional and were meticulous in how they cleaned up after their work. -AT
