Shady, creepy. Leaves you feeling slimy .
We contacted the service department when our truck died on our way to a wedding out of town. They went above and beyond to get us in at the last minute with no appointment. Everyone was friendly, professional, and accommodating. They literally saved the day and got us on our way with minimal delays. They even gave us a courtesy ride to Kohls dept store because we needed last minute items for the wedding. I can’t recommend them enough. They are awesome. Thank you Zimbrick service team!
Outstanding experience as usual with their service department.
We had an amazing experience at Zimbrick East...once again! Our salesman, Jeff Schumann, was very straightforward with us and not pushy at all. He let us look at and drive several cars, leave to test other cars at 2 other dealerships, only to return to buy a 2025 Buick Enclave from him. Very knowledgeable salesman and made us feel like we were his only clients!!
