I recently went in to get my 2015 GMC Acadia diagnosed for a strange grinding/groaning noise coming from the underneath part of the front of my car. This noise was highly audible for 2 years (give or take) after coming down hard on a rock. Within an hour they figured out what the noise was, and proposed the idea of fixing it.
