Logan is amazing. My husband was looking around the lot, and Logan came out to greet him. He was so personable and helpful. Little did he know he would sell two new Buicks that same day. He continues to contact us, making sure that all is right with our cars. We would not hesitate to do business with him again at Palmen. I have driven a Buick Enclave since 2012. This is my fourth Enclave. The service department, especially Jason, has always been efficient and thorough.
While shopping for trucks, I scheduled a test drive for a brand-new GMC Sierra that had just arrived (having been to the dealership the weekend before). I confirmed the appointment beforehand, left work early, and my wife drove separately from home to meet me at the dealership. When we arrived, we were told the truck had been loaned out to another customer and wouldn't be available.
