Theft is what comes to mind, after receiving a quote from the service department. While I know the service writer is just doing their job, 870 dollars for "spark plugs and an injection clean" is nothing short of robbery(at the point I called, they were still waiting on pricing from parts on the coil). I declined services, but the diagnostic fee is 165, the highest I have ever heard of. The car came in because of a faulty coil ($58 at cost, I checked before ever receiving the quote. Had some trouble with getting a vehicle but the sales team here worked there magic and delivered in no time, buying a car here was easy and fast, Ryan is an amazing salesman with a get it done attitude, and the service team here is top notch, 5 stars from me, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone with auto needs
