I accompanied my Mom who was in the market for a new car. Jim joined us in the used car lot shortly after we arrived. He was attentive and intuitive to Mom's description of what she was looking for in her next vehicle. He led us to an option he felt would meet her conditions. He was spot on. Review for LeValley Chevrolet-Buick-GMC – Benton Harbor, MI I’ve given this dealership several weeks to address my concerns, and I’ve heard nothing back except for one follow-up call from Sales Manager Kyle — the main person my complaint was about.
