Horrible experience trying to get my A/C repaired. I spent $3k for an A/C repair and a week later the A/C goes out. I wouldn’t recommend coming here if you have an issue with your car. They will not fix your car, they only care about doing the bare minimum but will make sure to nickel and dime you for unneeded parts. It also took 2 weeks to complete the A/C repair. Customer service is also horrible. If you get Danielle ask for someone else who is competent.
Legacy was the third dealership we had visited that day but it was my first choice. I’d gone to Crown in Metairie first. We walked around and no one greeted us. We’d even gone into the building and not one person greeted us. We then drove to Mossy Motors on Broad in central city. We walked around and literally checked every GMC truck on the lot. Terrible service. I was lied to several times and service department did not replace my battery even though I have been having the same problem since about 10 k miles. Now they say battery is bad and I have to pay for it. Also told me that my electric running boards were not working when I dropped the truck off. I know they were working but they refused to have a mechanic come look at them before I was leaving. I am handicap and can’t get in my truck without my running boards. Was not satisfied with the deal I ended up with and yes it's partially my fault for not dissecting the paperwork like I did weeks later but I was only looking at the note I got screwed......I have purchased several cars from GMC but this is my last and if anyone ask me where did I purchase I will make sure to let them know definitely not to go to Legacy on the Westbank........
