I bought a 2024 GMC Ultimate from Legacy GMC. $110k. Less than 45,000 miles. GMC automatically updated the truck with an OverTheAir update. Now the OnStar module is corrupted. I went back to where I bought the truck...$175 diagnostics, pay to fix and pay for a rental car for the 5 days it will take them to get to my vehicle after I scheduled an appointment? GMC used to stand for quality. Now they are actively breaking your vehicle for service revenue. Crazy.
Horrible experience trying to get my A/C repaired. I spent $3k for an A/C repair and a week later the A/C goes out. I wouldn’t recommend coming here if you have an issue with your car. They will not fix your car, they only care about doing the bare minimum but will make sure to nickel and dime you for unneeded parts. It also took 2 weeks to complete the A/C repair. Customer service is also horrible. If you get Danielle ask for someone else who is competent.
Legacy was the third dealership we had visited that day but it was my first choice. I’d gone to Crown in Metairie first. We walked around and no one greeted us. We’d even gone into the building and not one person greeted us. We then drove to Mossy Motors on Broad in central city. We walked around and literally checked every GMC truck on the lot.
