Other than the time it took to repair my truck, I’m very pleased with my service advisor Becky Thompson. I had bought a used truck from another dealership and immediately it needed a major repair. She contacted the general manager of the dealership I bought the truck from and expressed to him that they should pay for the work at GMC. It was very nice of her to try, but it was to no avail. My experience with legacy was OK but it took 55 minutes to have an oil change. I think that is too long for an oil change other than that I was satisfied. Thank you.
This dealer does not offer good service and for me it is a very bad dealer for the following reasons: 1- once I needed to change the air and engine belts when I went to pick up my truck the timing belt was broken and they never changed the air belt, 2- the truck was very good because I checked it in the App, I took it for normal maintenance and they delivered it to me with the tire light on, I have other friends who have told me that their service is very bad and they justify themselves, this last time I exploded because it ... read more
