Best experience in auto purchases. Kevin and Alex were great answering all of our questions and processing the sales of both of our vehicles quickly and efficiently. Great customer service, they made car buying fun!
Everybody was absolutely amazing but i specifically worked with Ron and we will definitely go through him again! Seth was great at doing all the final paperwork and explaining absolutely everything to me on what I was signing and tons of different options for warranties. 10/10 experience! They actually made it fun car shopping, not stressful!
Car shopping can be nerve wracking and stressful but I had an excellent buying experience at Graff that was comfortable and stress free. Working with Kevin made the deal super easy.It was very casual and I didn’t feel pressured at all. He and his manager Seth made it a smooth process. I fell like I got treated with respect and was heard on exactly what i wanted in a vehicle. I would highly recommend going to see Kevin if you’re in the market for a new car or truck.
