This was my first time at Eastside Chev. Dave Nelson took my keys and took care of my car with the utmost care and the highest level of customer service. They were efficient and professional. 10/10 highly recommend.
I dropped my vehicle off for its 12,000 km scheduled service inspection about a week ago. Just recently purchase a used equinox from this dealership! Kosta who was the salesperson was amazing! Very transparent on everything about the history of car and we settled on a price! FYI. I have never been a review guy and never thought I would be writing one, however I was at Eastside GM last week and found myself in a very time sensitive/frustrating situation given that the next day was Canada day, and things were looking bleakas it was 5:15pm. That being said Eric (parts manager) and Mega were paramount in helping to solve my issue and I wasn't even a GM customer.
