We had a great experience at this dealership. Lavish assisted my husband and I and the process was smooth and very quick. We appreciate the speed with which everything was taken care of. The manager Vince is nice to talk to. Happy with our experience here.

Our experience with the salesman Jensen was fantastic, unfortunately up I’m picking up our car. There were things that were beyond his control, we had to wait 3 hours just to get the Licensing done . At no point in time during this wait did a manager come to apologize or explain the situation to us. A lack of professionalism among the management team of Eastside Cadillac Chevy.
