I had a very disappointing experience at Eastside Chevrolet. During the sales process, I was given inaccurate information about the vehicle which led me to sign a lease agreement. When I decided to cancel, they initially told me it was impossible to cancel because the vehicle was already registered in the GM system. After I stood my ground, they agreed to cancel but refused to return my $1,000 deposit despite the fact that I never took delivery of the vehicle and never signed any document stating the deposit was non-refundab... read more
from the get go to passing me the key they were accommodating and worked hard to make things work for me in the lease of the vehicle. Kosta is a Rockstar and knew my budget and managed to go under it. Gary was great to deal with as well. both were accessible during the days to get a deal done. wonderful location. highly recommended

My service advisor David is fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable about cars. And Danny's bodyshop is the best I've ever been to. Did a spectacular job fixing my Cadillac.
