Always had issue with service dept. Why do they call it service dep I’m from out of town and ordered new rims and tires. Before I left I asked if the air pressure monitoring pressure is OK and they said yes. As soon as we used the vehicle the system came on. I called and have to make and appointment so they can charge me again. NOOP

Tina and Kass were super helpful in getting me back on the road as quickly as possible. I called and spoke with Tina afterwards indicating to her how pleased I was with their treatment and service. I’m happy my truck is back on the road and how responsive they were as well as how Kass kept me in the loop every step of the way. Appreciate the loaner vehicle as well it really helped me out.
