Tammy Stewart was absolutely wonderful to deal with during our recent purchase. She knew her stuff and was super informative during our purchase. HIGHLY recommend Crosstown and Tammy if you’re in the market for a new GMC. Customer service is definitely number one for her.
I don't recommend this place. They told me my repair would take 30 mins to an hour max. I left and gave them two hours. I came back and they hadn't even started! It was very inconvenient and disappointing. Then to make it worse, they then tried to charge me more than initially quoted. They even gave me a hard time when I advocated for the proper price. Ridiculous service. I won't be going here again!
