Great auto purchase experience.
Had a very good experience with Boyd Automotive. Our salesperson did not pressure us during our car search, and we are very happy with our new vehicle.
Had Boyd Ford look at my 2017 F350 to locate and diagnose a loose steering issue. Boyd quoted me ~$1,700 to fix the issue stating. I approved the work on the truck. I was notified later that due to the lift on the vehicle, one of the parts quoted would not work. This came as a surprise to me since the truck was at a ford dealership and they ordered a part that would not work while having the vehicle in person. They adjusted my quote accordingly, but I still have the loose steering issue.
A very pleasant experience. No pushy sales person and the employees had been there for several years, which means to me that it is a probably good place to work.
