I have always had great experiences with Boyd (Ford) Service, since purchasing my car from them in 2019. They are friendly, efficient, and do great work. Have never had any issues with work that has been done on my car. If anything comes up during servicing that I was not aware of they always explained what they found and discussed it with me before doing any additional work. I have never felt any pressure to have any extra work done. The staff there is tremendous, makes me feel at ease with the work that they do.
Really friendly and knowledgeable. Go see Isaiah Harris, he is a no pressure, all help sales person and Chuck in finance gets all the paperwork done fast, so you can be out the door quickly. I would definitely go back and would recommend to anyone.
Can’t recommend this dealership enough. After having basically PTSD with another dealership and having had a lemon vehicle my experience with Boyd, Jeremiah (sales associate) and sales manager specially was FANOMINAL. I drove 2 hours to get to the dealership and don’t regret a bit. Arrived at 11am and left by 1pm.
