Jessie McGraw was very helpful and really knows the product lines. I will recommend him to any of my friends or acquaintances who are looking for a new or used GM, Chevy, Buick, or basically any kind of car that Billion Auto has a dealership for. And he's very responsive after the sale if you have questions.
I have always had a positive experience with Billion. It doesn't matter if it's the service department or sales. Jessie McGraw is a very knowledgeable and courteous salesperson.
The service work itself was fine, but I ran into a billing problem I couldn't get resolved. On a recent visit I was charged a separate diagnostic/labor fee to replace exhaust hardware that had to come apart anyway to perform the transmission service I'd already paid labor for — duplicate labor. More concerning, I was billed for three new studs that were never installed: the original studs are still on the truck, with only new nuts added.
