Great service, Tony is super nice and very helpful.
I just bought a car after about two weeks I tried to turn on the cooling but unfortunately it doesn’t work and when the manager came back he told me there were no guarantees The cooling system repair bill must be paid.
Slowly losing my business. Billion chevy lost my business last year after "fixing" a part but returned q car that was not road worthy. Billion gmc service advisor Austin doesn't know how to answer the phone, respond to texts, or how to return a simple phone call.
I was just in line at the express lube for 45 minutes before some dope came out to say that they didn't have time to service my car... They maybe could've told me that half an hour ago. Customer service is very much lacking.
