We have had Mark clean our windows many times. He does a great job and is in and out quickly. His work is definitely not the problem. I have been trying to reach him since November to make an appointment. Text messages and phone messages have never been answered. Several people in our building have experienced the same...maybe he isn't doing this any more, but if not, seems like it would be proper to just send a text and say so.
Just a wonderful person to do business with. Always on time and courteous to his clients and the windows are just what the name implies... Spotless.
