I was very pleased to work with Gmaids. They staff is always polite, friendly and thorough. They also sought feedback before they left. Brenda and Gloria are angels. I also appreciate Camilo checking in on our job given the scope of the deep clean needed.

I was excited to find a place that used non-toxic cleaners and allowed me to customize what needed to be cleaned. When speaking to Kathy, I told her that I really only needed my master shower cleaned, but since the minimum time for service was 2 hours, she asked me to add a couple of other items to the list. Our cleaner was sweet, but my requests were clearly not relayed to her. She wanted to clean things that weren't on my list, and when I tried to correct her, she said she didn't speak English.
