I don't recommend you using this agency at all! We hired Luis Apa as our realtor/broker to buy a house. We signed a contract with a supposable pre approval from him, 45 dias after he told us we didn't get approved and lost our $10000 deposit. The worst thing is that neither him nor the GMA got involved and didn't even care about getting our deposit back. The worst experience ever! I usually don't write reviews but I don't want this happen to other people like it did to us.
