RecommendedGM Specialist is very upfront, honest and won't rip you off. We couldn't get my 2007 Yukon Denali to pass smog after being told the computer isn't communicating and that it may be the catalytic converter. Took it in to GM Specialist and they figured it out (wasn't the catalytic) and didn't charge me and arm and a leg. Highly recommend!!!
I made and appointment for a smog check. Was greeted in a friendly manner. Was informed of some open recalls on my car. Waiting room was clean and welcoming. Smog check was complete and provides excellent customer service! I’d highly recommend them!!
The technicians here must be paid really well because apparently it's not worth their time to ask a customer if they have EO stickers for a couple of aftermarket bolt ons before they run it. But after they fail you then they'll ask for them and if you want to pay for another test! Thanks GM Specialist, you really are top notch!

Kyle, you failed the smog check because you did not install the proper EO labels underhood per CA state law. It is not my technicians responsibility to babysit you. What upset you was the fact you must pay for another test. You post on goole that we are crooks? Be a stand up a stand-up guy and assume responsibility for your own fault.
I had my vehicle totally rebuilt. It was like driving it off the lot new. Top notch work and service. Quality parts with warranty. I'm so happy I didn't trade it in.

I was having problems with my truck and took it to three different mechanics. The first two really didn't know what the problem was, they were like glorified back yard mechanics. I then went to a general motors dealer and they knew what the problem was and gave me an estimate. Then a friend recommended GM Specialist. I went there and Gary gave me an estimate and explained everything. Gary and the crew that I met are very knowledgeable and courteous. They replaced my engine and serviced the rest of my truck.
