This dealership is fantastic! I bought a rig from them, which unfortunately, had an issue that I had to get fixed the same day of purchasing. When I explained the situation to them, they mailed me a check to reimburse me for the expense & insisted that they would not have let me drive away if they had known the vehicle had an issue.
They made the car buying process very easy. Super nice people and very helpful.
Do not recommend buying from here. Bought a truck back in December and it’s gave nonstop problems. I’ve only drove the truck maybe 100 miles since December 17th and I have spent a little over 3 grand in parts and labor fixing it like it should have been beforehand. I realize buying used vehicles comes with an unknown, but it’s been one problem right after another. I’ve had to constantly play phone tag with the salesman to try and get answers, just been an absolute headache.
Roger was great to deal with buying my truck. Did everything he said he would and more. Hands down best customer service and awesome selection of trucks!
Sent multiple information requests attempting to get more information about a truck they have available online. I couldn't even get a response. Disappointed with the customer service. Have to do better.
