GM Roofing installed a new roof on my house August 2023. The new roof looks great, makes my house look so much better. They did what they said they would. When they said they would, and some extra’s. In my 50 years of dealing with contractors, I have never seen a contractor clean up after themselves as well as they did. Didn’t even have to pick up one nail ! My husband had called due to us having roof damage from the recent storms we had. We were told they would come out the next day to inspect it. They were not able to come the next day, but did come the following day.during the inspection, it was determined that we would need a new roof, the gentleman did reattach some of the shingles that were blown off. Do not purchase Gutter Topper and expect response from ‘new’ owner. Response to owner’s comment: It has been a few months since we talked, and you said you would be in touch in a couple of weeks.
