Called them to voice concerns about a lack of communication of disruptive work in our HOA community, I was very professional and courteous the woman hung up on me. I suppose clients aren’t allowed to try to discuss a concern.
Bill was amazing, he went above and beyond to clean out our dryer and even fixed the refrigerator handle while he was here. Bill is the best, we love him 👏🏻
Have had a leak in my ceiling for 5 months due to the roof being bad, contacted multiple times and created multiple work orders, here I am with my room filling with water for the 10th+ time. Terrible.
Would not recommend. Biased company.
