Called them to voice concerns about a lack of communication of disruptive work in our HOA community, I was very professional and courteous the woman hung up on me. I suppose clients aren’t allowed to try to discuss a concern. Not the correct name in the response to me, my demeanor was calm, tone normal and all language very appropriate. I would welcome a call from someone to discuss but that seems too courteous for this company.
