I saw a property from them and was going to rent it. Gave the security deposit but hours later found out I was not in the correct school district, so I requested my security deposit back (it is a deposit, not an admin fee) and they denied it. I have started legal action on this and should be OK, but they are just not helpful
1st time renters with GMPS and very much looking forward to it. Communication was prompt and clear regarding the application process and scheduling for the tour. Their leasing agent was on time for the showing and was very helpful answering all of our questions and explaining anything further. Looking forward to using their online portal to manage our rental/lease as it sounds very straightforward. Excited for move-in day!
