Rock the maintenance guy is a rockstar. He was able to assess what specific small part we need for our dishwasher and is helping it be fixed. Chris K also did great work all over our house and fixed our doors as well as repairing a leaky door.
Gm Property Solutions has been great to work with. All of my maintenance requests have been completed promptly and without any issues. If something comes up, all I have to do is make a quick call, and it’s taken care of. The property is always well maintained, and they make paying rent simple and hassle-free. I haven’t had any problems so far, and I truly appreciate their reliable service.
