My company has had a bad experience with GM Properties. Despite being one of their client’s warehouse tenants for over 20 years, they have been disrespectful and unprofessional. We moved out of a unit last year, and they took 7 months to return our security deposit despite being contractually required to refund us after 3 months. They tried to charge us for some unnecessary upgrades to the unit.
