My father in law scheduled an appointment for them to fix our septic he showed up 3 hours late without proper equipment, said he’d be back and never showed up. He was unreliable and incompetent If I could give negative stars I would.
They showed up to pump our septic tank and didn’t even take all of it. I paid an additional fee for them to unclog our system which didn’t work. We’re on day 3 with no toilet or shower now because they gave us the run around saying they they would show up later on to fix it and never showed up! Now they are ignoring our calls and voice mails. Completely dodged us. TRASH

Very professional. Called on a Thursday afternoon and they came the next morning and got the job done in about an hour.
