I DO NOT recommend buying a used vehicle from this dealer. I purchased a used truck 3 month ago. After 10 days it started displaying warning lights. 45 days after purchase it was in the shop 3 times for different issues, the last one was the transmission went out. Also found out that it wasn’t even the original engine. Not only was it not the original engine, but it is an engine that is not 100% compatible with the transmission. While I understand it is the goal of the dealership to “sell” cars, and typically if they “buy” a car it is for a trade in, my car was diagnosed by their service department with issues I chose to not fix. I said I knew they advertise they will buy cars so I was transferred to sales. I explained to the salesman about my car in service and I am choosing to not repair it. He asked if I was looking for a new car and I said no, that my credit isn’t good enough and we would likely go to a lot in Belgrade to get a used car. I wa... read more
We had a problem with our Tahoe on our way to Vancouver for vacation. We brought it to the dealership and the service department, Emily in particular, were excellent in troubleshooting the problem, handling our warranty, and helping us find a rental car. We picked up our car and it was all ready to go, repaired, and the issues corrected discussed as well as any other problems noted. We were very, very happy with the service!
Rebecca is extremely hateful on the phone and in person. Even before there was an issue she was hateful. If your gonna work in customer service you should probably know how to talk to people nicely.
I ended up dealing with a young salesperson named, Ryan at GMC. Ryan was wonderful in explaining all of my questions, he was not pushy at all. I came back several times looking at this vehicle, researching and reaching out to Ryan to make make more inquires. He was pleasant and patient with me which I greatly appreciate. Most of all he was forth right and did not pull any punches. It is rare when you find a car salesman who has integrity, ethics and values.
