I DO NOT recommend buying a used vehicle from this dealer. I purchased a used truck 3 month ago. After 10 days it started displaying warning lights. 45 days after purchase it was in the shop 3 times for different issues, the last one was the transmission went out. Also found out that it wasn’t even the original engine. Not only was it not the original engine, but it is an engine that is not 100% compatible with the transmission. Worst service department I've ever dealt with. First wouldn't honor a warranty, tried to charge me over $3,000 in repairs on a truck I had for less then 7 days. No contact for a week, then when I called lied to me about parts finally being there. I bought the truck 3 weeks ago and only drove it for a week. Still not up on the lift. This is the last place you should ever buy a vehicle from.
We had a wonderful experience. Emily made all the difference. We broke down in the middle of a long trip and instead of making us wait weeks for parts they had us back on the road in 2 days. We can’t thank you enough for everything.
GM Worst service and totally incompetent! They broke my car while doing warranty work left the hose off and it had almost no oil left in it, then they called to tell us warranty won’t cover the part they broke. Update…. Good news, Greg and Craig at Toyota are making this right for us. Good thing they have not run those two off. I WONT BUY ANYTHING THAT NEEDS TO BE SERVICED AT GM AGAIN!
I ended up dealing with a young salesperson named, Ryan at GMC. Ryan was wonderful in explaining all of my questions, he was not pushy at all. I came back several times looking at this vehicle, researching and reaching out to Ryan to make make more inquires. He was pleasant and patient with me which I greatly appreciate. Most of all he was forth right and did not pull any punches. It is rare when you find a car salesman who has integrity, ethics and values.
