I ended up dealing with a young salesperson named, Ryan at GMC. Ryan was wonderful in explaining all of my questions, he was not pushy at all. I came back several times looking at this vehicle, researching and reaching out to Ryan to make make more inquires. He was pleasant and patient with me which I greatly appreciate. Brought my truck in to get an oil change. They did a point inspection on my battery as well as other areas. I guess that’s what has been happening with it because it makes sense. They also gave me a quote on the check out paper instead of calling me saying this is a necessity asking for approval. It felt nice not having to be pressured into getting a new one. Now I probably will get one. Thanks for taking the time to do a simple oil change the right way. Appreciate it.

While driving across the country (NC to ID) my car started throwing a warning for my AWD system. I stopped in and spoke with a service writer. She scanned my car and we talked through what needed to be done and what could wait. Staff in the service department were incredibly polite, friendly, and helpful. I cannot thank them enough for getting me on the road quickly and safely.

First of all I just love the truck. I'm never had anything so nice. But after I bought it there is some issues with the shifting. I brought this up during normal maintenance and I was told that it needed a transmission mount. When we finally made arrangements to have it fixed I was told there's a lot of things wrong with this truck. I was told that my share of the repair would be $600 turned out to be $740.
