Bought a 2024 GMC Canyon and I was worried because the warranty covered a smaller window than some of their competitors. My fears became realized when I brought my truck to the dealership with a problem with the 4 wheel drive. The dealership refused to acknowledge the issue and I'll be taking it to another dealership in hopes that they'll honor the warranty on the vehicle. You might as well consider the warranty on GM vehicles as nothing, because that's what they want to cover.... nothing.
Bought the van from GM Motors. Guys really take care about their customers. Let me take the car for an inspection to a depended mechanic. They fixed little before purchase issue and keep helping even after I purchased the car. No hidden fees. David and his colleague really professional. Further purchase I’ll definitely do at GM Motors again. Thank you

Transmission on my brand new 2024 Cadillac XT5 blew and GM would only replace part. Car still not worked on after sitting in a Cadillac parking lot for weeks. Did not give any other option. No new transmission, buyback or compensation given. Communication was extremely poor as I have been without my new financed vehicle for over 6 weeks. I will NEVER purchase another GM again! Beware!!!
