I’m extremely happy with my car purchase! The entire experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Everything was exactly as promised, with no extra or unexpected charges. They denied my reimbursement for rental on maintenance work done inside the warranty period. The warranties are already getting noncompetitive, but then they start denying basic reimbursement!?!? Ridiculous! I won't make the mistake of buying GM again.
I bought a van from GM Motors in New York and noticed it was leaking water right after getting it. I brought this concern up to David, the manager there, and he told me it was a recall issue and assured me it would be taken care of by GM dealers in Colorado once I brought it back home. Based on his word, I trusted him and took the van to Colorado. Amazing service! It was fast and David made us feel comfortable with the whole process. Will recommend to family and friends and if I’m ever looking for another vehicle, I will definitely give him a call.
