Transmission on my brand new 2024 Cadillac XT5 blew and GM would only replace part. Car still not worked on after sitting in a Cadillac parking lot for weeks. Did not give any other option. No new transmission, buyback or compensation given. Communication was extremely poor as I have been without my new financed vehicle for over 6 weeks. I will NEVER purchase another GM again! Beware!!!
Even though we did not go through buying from GM motors because the vehicle was not in our price range, they deserve a 5 star rating. David was straight forward with his pricing, the whole experience of test drive, seeing the vehicle condition and talking about pricing was very pleasant. He called to follow-up with us two days later. I would go back to GM motors in the future if I find a vehicle of interest there, and would recommend anyone to go.
Worst experience ever. Emptied my gas tank to do recall on fuel pump. They said I dropped off empty. Car was returned dirty water spots bumper not installed correctly windshield was replaced never cleaned replaced motor for window forgot cover replaced starter things that needed not replacing. After picking up car still not fixed after them having for 5 weeks. Knowing that my car still had issues it was still returned unfinished.
