I have been having an issue with GM finacial ever since I leased my new truck. Despite calling multiple times and being told the issue would be resolved, nothing has changed. It's been over a month now.... Also their business hours that come up on a google search are not correct they are NOT open on Saturdays. Even the automated message says they are open when you call, but then proceeds to send to a voicemail that says they are actually NOT open!
