Experienced, polite, and willing to train his apprentices and successors. The price was negotiable and fair. We paid extra, so we added maintenance and warranty more years for the pool resurface. Mike also bought insurance to protect us. The whole process was a bit nerve-wracking, as we were afraid the pool would pop out because our pool is next by the lake. But the owner's courage and years of experience alleviated our concerns. 🤗 Thank you GM and his team. 🫡
GM Fiberglass worked above and beyond my expectations. Their day began at 7:00am and ended by 6:00pm. Monday - Saturday. They conducted themselves in a very professional manner. This family-owned business was able to repair an issue with my fiberglass pool in a day and half. I had had two others attempt it and they were not successful. I had a crack develop due to resurfacing issues down by a previous company and the well points. Hurrican Milton made it worse. We are now enjoying the pool and my grandkids are very happy. I recommend them for your fiberglass pool needs
