This was actually the cheapest place I could find so I was very appreciative of that! Other places were charging me more for the same services and wanted to keep my car for a few days.
They have such great service here and take care of your car! I came in to get new tires and rims, and I was quoted a very good price for everything.
I recommend them to all my friends, family and clients. Don't just read reviews and make your opinion based on them, experience it yourself like I did. I can promise that they will give you, great customer service, and service.
A great factor about this business is that they didn't down talk their competitors in which you see all the time in business, they allowed their loyal customers that not only refer their family, but their friends too. I think that speaks very highly of them.
I learned not only is it family owned by a father and son, but how the business got started and what they believe in. I got a chance to meet father and son (owners), not only are they very informed of their merchandise and the industry, they care a lot about their customers and they stand behind their services and products.
Just had a reminder of what great customer service is: 1. They do as you say! Give you great advice. 2. Finish your car on time 3. Service with a smile, and a great attitude. Thanks for installing my new stereo. Not only were they the best price around, they were ready, started working on my car, and had it done on time. Best place to get your stereo installed; rims, tires, window tinting as well.
GM electronics NIGHTMARE – I agree with all the bad reviews GM Electronics sucks. They give you the run around and false information. A bunch of shady hustlers. I brought my girlfriends car in to put a in dash navigation in and told them i needed ipod hook up and bluetooth with it. They gave me a good quote and i specifically asked is there anything eles i needed..The old man said no no once installed eveything will work just turn on your bluetooth from your phone. BEWARE!! They are hustlers and do poor business – This place is run by a bunch of thugs. I needed some parts to install a navigation unit in my car. So, I called them and they said they had the parts in stock. I went to the place to pick up the parts. The sales guy seemed ok. During the transaction he mentioned that they can install the navigation unit in my car for 60.00 including parts. I said cool and made an appointment to come in on Tuesday. horrible service – they have a bunch of kids installing these systems. i got my system installed by them just for the hell of it. from the beginning i was treated like a garbage. they didn't have most of the answers to the questions i asked them that any person with a MECP certificate would know. dont get me wrong it sounds good but that's because its a good system that they didn't make. my advice is to not go to these cheap garages and go to real men that are professionals that do great work that make you feel welcome.
