I ordered parts and left me hanging.
Customer service is nothing short of horrendous. I ordered a weather-stripping kit for a 64 Chevy II. Seemed simple enough. Shipping speed was more than adequate until I noticed a pink "backorder slip" in the box. It happens... I get that. However, when I inventoried the other parts there was a part that was completely mislabeled with the wrong part number. Bought a front sump pan kit for sbc, had clearance issues and called for advice on how to proceed. Waiting four hours so far for a call back.

Joe Jr is one of the most knowledgeable Chevy guys I’ve ever met. If he doesn’t have it, he’ll try to get it. In the rare occasion he can’t get it, he’ll tell you where to find it. Customer service is #1.
