This is THE place to get used parts, their prices are very reasonable, but it takes forever to get your parts and there is very little communication, as far as updates on your order, not impressed. I wish the staff was bigger, they could really move some parts. This company has soo much potential.
I ordered parts and left me hanging.
Customer service is nothing short of horrendous. I ordered a weather-stripping kit for a 64 Chevy II. Seemed simple enough. Shipping speed was more than adequate until I noticed a pink "backorder slip" in the box. It happens... I get that. However, when I inventoried the other parts there was a part that was completely mislabeled with the wrong part number.
