Not professional I went in person and made a appointment for service for my refrigerator the owner set up a time and day for him to come fix it he never showed and never called me to tell me he was not coming he did a no call no show I called them to see what was going on and no one answered my calls don’t give this guy your business go some place else the customer service is garbage
