I meant to make this review months ago. It was this past winter when we had the winter vortex come through and our heat went out mid evening and didn't know it till around 9pm. I called Paco for the first time and he ended up video chatting me off and on trying to troubleshoot the problem. It ended up having to be something that needed a device to test it.
