Technician devan, is very knowledgeable. Installed thermostat with wifi and took the time to download the app and set me up. I'm not high tech and he said I can call anytime if I run into problems(forget).
Family business with friendly field tech and the office is hard to get a hold of once you have a complaint. The part they did replace DiversiTech 4JR0545-V MOTOR RUN CAPACITOR ROUND CAN 440 VAC 45+5 UF is online for 9.95 (exact brand, etc) I was charged 110.00$ and was compensated 40.00$ after after the replacement part failed in less than one week after installation.
