Brett gave a clear, straight-forward presentation of Glyde Solar and all the steps to getting solar panels. He was available to answer question days after the presentation and went out of his way to deliver a document to my door. Brett is very professional with a no-pressure approach to going solar. I'm sold!

The installation process was an absolute delight. The installers were extremely knowledgeable about their work. If there was a question about anything being completed, they gladly answered it for me. They completed the work within the allotted time. I was especially impressed at the way the area in which they worked looked as if no one had been there doing any work.

Initially the company seemed professional and reputable. I was able to have panels installed, but shortly after found out the system incorrectly sized and the net metering for my area completely explained incorrectly - resulting in a system meeting no where near the promised goals. Initially company's CEO offered to help make it right with a battery system and after a year ghosted me. Submitted a BBB complaint that received no response. Would not recommend this company - they do not hold their sales people accountable.
