They were the company to help me find a place to live. When I thought I wasn't going to find one. They have been so awesome with fixing any repairs.
Very unprofessional company. Won’t return phone calls. They leave their homes up for rent so people will continue to put applications in so they can rack back the application fees. A friend of mine used to rent from this company and said they are greedy and all about the money. BEWARE!
I have lived in several Gluth Wright property homes for Almost 10 years. (4 years of that living with my mom and then 6 of those on my own) Any time I ever had a question, problem or concern they have always been quick with a response and always fast about any repairs around the house that occur! I have worked for John Gluth personally in the past cleaning some of the houses he rents when I worked for my maid job and he has always been kind and cares about the people he rents to.
