Jensen's has the best GF bread and rolls in PDX. I was introduced to the bread at Mother's Bistro in their GF bread sub for sandwiches. We have tried all sorts of breads and rolls and nothing comes close. Especially his dinner rolls, they taste just like the dinner rolls my mom made with wheat when I was a kid. Even my non-GF hubs loves them!
Their gluten free bun is the best gluten free bun I have ever had. It's crispy on the outside and soft in the middle and it doesn't fall apart in minutes like other gluten free buns out there.
