Excellent service. The staff go out of their way to help their customers. Recommendations are double-checked among themselves to make sure they are giving the best advice. Knowledgeable and friendly. These people know their stuff and they have a great attitude

They know glue and they do not get stuck answering any question you may have about their glue and it's use.

So helpful. I asked about 3 different applications and was shown options for all 3. I have purchased within my budget and am very pleased. I will be returning for my next project!

Purchased an item online on the 5th of Jan, store reopened on the 10th. Hadn't heard anything by the 18th so I rang to find out what was happening. I was told it was back ordered, would arrive within a couple days as they had just taken delivery of it. Another 7 days passed, hadn't heard anything. Courier had lost the item, had to probe them several times about what was happening, each time being told "I will find out and call you back" - never followed through. Need to prioritize communication.
