Dr. Gersh is genuinely concerned about me as a patient and as an individual person. He is very gentle and educates me every time he has to do something to my feet (e.g. needles, orthotics). Dr. Gersh is so worth seeing that I am willing to drive through the tunnel for nearly 40 minutes just to see him. He has multiple offices and I am always pleased that they are willing to get me in asap to either office.

I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. I obtained a copy of 2 doctor's notes and vital information needed by the insurance company was not on the note. When I called and spoke to the Office Manager (Janice), she was rude and brusque and told me that if I was not satisfied with the way the office handles complaints that I could go elsewhere. This was not the first time that her non patient friendly attitude was experienced. Also, receptionists spend too much time on their cell phones!
