We are a newly developed HOA community in Volusia County and were extremely nervous and not quite sure how to go about this entire process, but speaking with the management team made it so easy.
The staff at G.L. Thompson Association Management , Joseph, Kimberly and Nancy are phenomenal at their job. All of our concerns were met with straightforward answers and our paperwork was explained flawlessly. It really made the entire process pain free and very reassuring.
Our HOA contracted with GL Thompson Management to manage our association and after one year we had to terminate. Gary Thompson the owner of the company is a very nice individual however his management of our association was a horrible experience. Leaving a bad review is not a decision that was taken lightly but due to the issues which our community is still uncovering to date should be shared.
