Well, I brought in a catalytic converter off my vehicle after replacing the exhaust. I had gotten a couple quotes online before hand. Both right around $180 w/free shipping and good for 10 days. Padnos offered me $80. I showed them one of the quotes and they said they would not match it and gave no counter offer. So I said thank you, left with a little bit of $ for the rest of it and will shop around a few other places in town. The clerk was friendly. That was my experience. So I don't know. You decide.
I have been a loyal customer for 20+ years. Overall they have been a great company to conduct business. They are currently restructuring with employees transferring and new employees joining the team. Be patient and if you have questions don't be afraid to ask. 🙂
