My son was referred to a pediatric dentist by another dental office he had been going to (Oak Orchard Dental in Brockport). Not a lot of dental offices accept our type of insurance and I had previously had a negative experience at Eastman Dental, and refuse to go back there. Anyway, we ended up at Dr. Glowinsky's Chili Avenue office. The receptionist has been great about allowing me to schedule appointments for my son during school breaks, so that he won't miss any of his classes. They were so happy to answer each and every question I had. They also encouraged me to call if I need any more answers in the future. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Did your mouth feel clean after your appointment? Definitely! It felt more clean than it's ever felt! Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me

My 5 year old son has been there in the past 3 times for cleanings and dental work and never had a problem, but the last time, when they but the nitrous mask on his nose he started having a panic attack, tears running down his face, teeth clenched, whole body shaking.
