I had such a great experience with Alexis during my Korean Glass Glow facial. The service was relaxing and smooth, and I really enjoyed our friendly conversation throughout. The quality of the products, the attention to detail, and the overall ambiance were amazing. I highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!
Very frustrating and upsetting. Got a package for my daughter's birthday. She was SO EXCITED! We got there and our appointment time came and went. We waited almost half an hour in the dark waiting area. Ended up having to leave. Right when we walked out she decided to finally walk in. No sorry, no apology, no acknowledgement, no discount, no nothing. We told her we were leaving. All we got was "Oh its cuz my other client was running late. Odd we stopped by their location at 522 W San Francisco since we were in the area. Wanted to purchase services for my daughter. All doors to the building were locked even though the hours of operation said they should be open. Very strange.
First time here, very relaxing! Bought the products, already excited to come back!
