Erika, my facialist, was just wonderful, very kind and informative. She made excellent skincare recommendations and I’m loving the serum I purchased. Additionally, when I was checking out I realized I had forgotten my gift card, a woman who I believe was the manager or owner (blonde, tall, very friendly) was able to locate it after I told her my sisters gave it to me as a gift. She searched under their names and found it! Excellent customer service and such friendly staff. I can’t wait to go back!
