CHEMICAL BURNS On February 11th, 2025 at 9am, I walked into Maegan’s salon with the intention of going blonde. Now, five months later, I have permanent hair loss, a bald spot on the back of my head, and months of hospital visits, physical and mental pain, and meetings with lawyers, therapists, dermatologists, and burn specialists. If I could put zero stars, I would. Maegan not only DESTROYED my sisters hair, but caused CHEMICAL BURNS on her scalp. This was NOT AN ALLERGIC REACTION. She either mixed the chemicals wrong or left it on too long. My sister (who was in her senior year) had to the hospital because the burns were so bad, and now has a bald spot on her head. This was not a small mistake, and at every turn she has shifted responsibility and refuses to be accountable.
