Glow Up Factory is my favorite place to go when my skin needs some love. Ale is the sweetest gentlest soul who genuinely cares about her clients & is passionate about skin. She is always learning more about skincare, paying attention to the details, and is super attuned to the needs of your skin. Love coming to Glow Up Factory!
I scheduled an appointment online. I paid a $25 deposit. As soon as I scheduled it, I get a text from Alejandra saying that she’s not available due to an existing appointment. She offered her availability on a different day. Unfortunately that day doesn’t work for me. I’m upset that: 1. No apology was given. 2. I paid the deposit 3. Appointment isn’t happening. Sigh. Just remove your availability from the website if you aren’t available.
