Great high-value facial with many treatment steps customized to my needs / issues, skin felt clean and cleared after :) Alejandra was detailed and thorough yet gentle as well, and also really warm and inspiring to talk to -- She's clearly an expert who's dedicated to her craft. I went to Glow Up Factory every month for a year, and I can’t recommend Alejandra enough.
