I booked a service through ClassPass and the business canceled my appointment just four hours before the scheduled time. I followed the instructions and texted them, but they never responded. I had already arranged my schedule around this appointment, so the last-minute cancellation and complete lack of communication were extremely frustrating. Very unprofessional experience.
Alejandra provides personalized care- more than a facial - but a relaxing and tranquil experience. She's incredible, kind, and really cares for her clients. On my first visit, I felt welcomed and comfortable. I highly recommend Alejandra, whose specialized skin care approach is tailored to each client's needs.
I have been visiting Glow Up Factory for almost a year, getting monthly eyebrow (tint) and lash (lift & tint). This is a boutique experience where the attention is on your service exclusively. I've never felt rushed and can usually get both services completed in about an hour. The tint lasts about a month and frees me from daily makeup. Alejandra listened to me, made recommendations and always delivers on an excellent experience. My recommendation, make an appointment and enjoy!
