I’m new to the Richmond area and was looking for a good dental office to bring my daughter to. Thankfully, I was referred to Glowup Dentistry, surprisingly I was able to get a same day appointment, both Dr. Ginger and Keriah were extremely nice and gentle. All of my daughter’s dental treatment can be done in one place, she offers a variety treatments including ortho, which is amazing, now I don’t have to take my daughter to a different location for her braces. Thank you 🙏
Amazingly professional and genuinely caring staff. They did an outstanding job with the dental cleaning. We just switched to this office, and we’re here to stay! Update: I had my wisdom tooth removed yesterday, and I am incredibly grateful for the experience. This was the first time that none of the four injections caused any pain—not even the one under the tongue. I was so nervous for this appointment. Dr. Ginger and assistant Kierra (my apologies if spelling isn’t correct) are amazing! The office is clean and welcoming. They made me feel at ease and comfortable. They both were very attentive and keep asking through my appointment if I was ok, if I needed something. Dr. Ginger asked If I needed a break several times thought out my procedure. They even laughed at my nervous jokes (Thank you for that). I had a great experience. I finally found my dentist. 10 out of 10 highly recommend!
I had a fantastic experience at Glow Dentistry! The cleaning was done perfectly—thorough, gentle, and left my teeth feeling amazing. The doctor truly takes her time with each patient and makes sure all your questions are answered clearly and patiently. I just had the absolute BEST dental experience. The lady at the Front Desk has phenomenal customer service skills and she’s a skilled Dental Hygienist ( I hope I got her title correct) I have severe anxiety and typically just thinking about going to the Dentist elevates my fears.
