Wow!!! Having worked in dentistry, I have come across more and more dentistry chains with less than satisfactory experiences. Dr. Unegbu and her DA Quentin, exceeded my expectations! The front desk / treatment coordinator was warm and welcoming without being overwhelming. The cleanliness and ambiance of the office is what every Dentistry Practice should strive for. I have found my home dental office! Thank you all for the excellent service, you should be proud of yourselves.
The level of customer service and hospitality here was unmatched. Ahlah at front desk was great at working with my budget and gave detailed but simple explanations so I understand cost. Dr. Unegbu was amazing! She made sure I was comfortable throughout my entire procedure and took the time to make me feel at ease. She was very personable, professional, and caring. Her staff was also wonderful—they were friendly, welcoming, and made the whole experience even better. I highly recommend Dr. Unegbu and her team!
I had a great experience at Glow Up Dentistry. DrGinger did an amazing job cleaning my teeth the was very thorough, gentle, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. I especially want to highlight how professional she was when using the anesthesia needles; she handled everything with great care and precision, which really helped ease any anxiety I had.
