I’ve had three HydraFacial treatments at Glow Spot, and each one was absolutely the best I’ve ever experienced in San Antonio! The entire experience was amazing — the place is spotless, very hygienic, and you can tell they truly care about their clients. Maisaa is incredibly skilled and knowledgeable; she really knows what she’s doing. Thank you, Glow Spot, for the glowing skin and exceptional service!
Unfortunately, it is disappointing. It is not reliable and hygienic.
Hydra facial is not hygienic and effective! I don’t recommend.. Unfriendly employees…
This beauty center caused second-degree burns during a laser hair removal session. Instead of offering medical assistance or even a simple apology, the client was blamed in a rude and dismissive manner — as if it were their own fault. Shockingly, their “solution” was to draw some cream into a syringe and hand it over with a wooden spatula — no explanation, no medical oversight, nothing.
