I have tried numerous times to reach to Katie, via the phone they never answer for a Brazilian blowout, with no reply, I understand some stylists are reluctant to give out personal cell/ email, however when this happens time after time, I’m assuming they don’t really need my business, especially a blowout is expensive, if you call and leave a message don’t expect a reply SMH.......
