I went to see Lauren postpartum and she was wonderful! She helped me with everything I needed and more. She is incredibly knowledgeable about pregnancy, postpartum, and babies, and she made me feel much more confident as a first time mom. Lauren and her space are so warm and welcoming I will definitely be going back!
Lauren was a great support through my second pregnancy and post partum for pelvic floor physiotherapy. She provides a ton of guidance both in person and remotely through the Embodia app. I appreciated her bright new space too. I will reach out to Lauren again if I require any additional physio support in the future.
Lauren is absolutely fantastic! She supported me from the second trimester of my pregnancy, through to post partum. She made my pregnancy so much more comfortable, the labour much smoother, and I had a fast recovery. She has such a wealth of knowledge and experience about all things pregnancy and babies, it was so reassuring to have her support along this journey. Her kindness, calm demeanour, low pressure, and highly supportive attitude was so helpful and appreciated by this first time mamma. Thank you Lauren!!!
Lauren Lozinsky has helped me in my athletic journey across several occasions. As a HPL level soccer player, I have been faced with many injuries. Lauren has provided me with much support and insight virtually to help overcome these injuries. Her advice has never failed to improve my injuries and speed up my recovery time. Overall I would recommend Lauren to anyone looking for a very knowledgeable, sport centred and insightful physiotherapist.
