This company is great. Nick is the best. Professional, courteous and always cleans up after his service repair.
They used to be good. They don’t really care when you need them the most in crucial winter time. My furnace wasn’t turn on and it was really cold that . Call them to come, so the tech guy said I will have to change the furnace while it only needed maintenance.
Editing my review. A representative from Glow Oil reached out to me to apologize and to discuss my experience. She was very polite and kind. She explained that the technician that came to my house was very new to their company and they would use my review as a learning opportunity for him. I have worked with Glow Oil since I bought my home in 2018. Ordering oil, making appointments are always easy. The service technician came on time and completed the work without issue.
