I’ve been going to glow for a few months now, I usually see Brianna but have been to a couple of the techs and everyone’s great. Brianna does stand out to me, her quality of work is always on point, my nails hold up so well even when I beat them up and I love chatting with her. The salon vibe is unique but I love going here! Highly recommend

I had an appointment today but when I arrived to Downtown Concord, found out the entire downtown streets were closed for some kind of festival and the street of the salon was in the middle of it. I drove around for about 20 mins trying to get to the street where the salon was or find nearby parking but wasn’t able to so I called to cancel the appointment and left a VM. This salon charged my friend $80 for gel nails that fell off in less than a week. She called twice without a response. She went back to complain the girl couldn’t care less. Very Vague. Never again . Do not recommend.

I’ve been going to Glow to get my nails done since they opened back in 2022 and there’s a reason I’ve been returning for over four years! The salon is clean and so cute, and everyone is so kind and knowledgeable. I can’t recommend Glow enough!
