Bad experience. I called ahead and made an appointment for 4:00. When I arrived to scheduled appointment, I was not acknowledged. One lady asked what I was there for and I said appointment for pedicure at 4:00. No one said anything, how long it would be, or what to do. I picked my color and went to sit on one of the chairs because all associates were helping other people. I waited for 20 minutes.
